We had Lamco come out and look at two appliances. $79 for the first, $59 for the second. We knew what was wrong with the fridge, the rubber seal inside the door was ripped. We wanted to give the model # before they came out, but they would not take it. Took three tries for them to get the right day, the kept calling us on the wrong days to come out. When he finally came out, opened the fridge door, saw the rip and wrote the model number down. Then said someone would call with a price for the part. Part was $158...plus another $69 for them to come back out and install it. Asked about the original $59 and was told ""the price is for diagnostic....its just the way it goes. Needless to say we didnt order the part. We had them come out once before, pain $79, guy looked at the washing machine, then said, cant fix it, here is a coupon for 10% off a new one, he was there for 2 minutes. Sears fixed it for $100.00. Stay away!! more

My fridge was on the ""fritz"" so I was in search of a new one. Thankfully I went to Lambco, because the salesman was great! He was very helpful in assisting me on selecting the right model for my house & I couldn't be happier! Even down to the delivery, they were extremely professional. Although they had to remove the door (to the fridge) to fit in the doorway of my house, they were very polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work Lambco! more

I have had a few experiences with this company and none have been good! I own a few places and have tenants so I deal with companies like this more often than your average home owner. So here are my last two experiences with this company. The Refrigerator I bought at that very store (3 years earlier) broke. A tenant lost all the food he bought the day before. I called them to repair the fridge and they came. While fixing it, they tested everything and said it was the regulator and everything else was great, it cost me 175.00 to replace. As he replaced it, I questioned him on the part he was using. It was a generic (universal) part. The fridge was out of warrantee, but whatever! Fix it. Well it worked for a day, tenant went food shopping again, but the fridge broke again and he lost all his food. This time they came back and said the compressor was gone and the fridge needed to be replaced. I asked if the wrong regulator could have caused the compressor to go, they said no, however I learned different. They gave me a store credit of 117.00 toward a new fridge if I bought it at their store. Well today I went to use my store credit and buy a new under cabinet microwave. It was on sale, I picked it out, paid for it and then they sent a kid to grab the microwave they had on display, no box, hardware unaccounted for? The tag on the microwave did not state that the deal was for only the display model and was the same tag as ever other tag in the store. When I said something to the man, he said oh I don more

I Bought a whole kitchen of appliances from Lambco and am very happy. I did alot of shopping and they beat all the prices I found. I will use them again for a my next purchase of a washer and dryer. more

We used them 10 yrs ago when we first moved in and they were fine. But now they have gone WAY down hill.\r We purchased a new washer/dryer for our new home. The delivery window came and went with no delivery. Called and they said they would call right back. 25 mins later they call and say another hour. Hour comes and goes. Another call back to Lamco, delays (ok it happens) and they won't be there for another hour. Coming on the end of the hour and I see the delivery truck drive down the street, pull into our neighbors yard 2 doors down and they start to deliver to that house...with OUR appliances. \r \r Unforunately we are having them service 2 appliances in our home that were broken and found during a home inspection. Double oven, bottle door won't close all the way and a pop-up fan for a gas cook top only works on low. Fix it day arrives, they call and have the wrong part for the oven door, (fan parts still on order-which were ordered June 1st- and repairs happening in late July) They say next week and the fan will be repaired too. Fix it day #2, the come to fix the oven, but of course no parts for fan, repair man says they ordered the wrong parts (yet again). Fix it day #3, they call to say they can not make it that day because they are too backed up.....Fix it day #4, they state I will get a phone call 1st thing Monday am to tell me when they will arrive. 11AM I HAVE to call them to find out when they are coming.\r \r I allways try to buy/use local vendors and shops instead of the big box stores to help the local economy. But NEVER again will I use Lamco or tell anyone I know to use them. more

Just moved into a new home, and needed a few appliances. Stopped by Lambco to see what they had to offer. Boy was I surprised how helpful they really were! I was treated like a valued customer before I even bought anything!\r \r Long story short, I grabbed a new fridge and a stove. No problems since!\r \r When I treat myself to a new HDTV, I will be sure to come back! Pros: Convenience and Pricing Cons: n/a more

Received a new refrigerator two weeks ago. Within a few days, it started leaking. It is now two weeks later, and they have not fixed it. They were an hour late on the first service call, said they had to order a part. The next service call was canceled because the repairman was out. Now, I have to take my third day off from work to get it fixed. I wanted to return it and get another model ( and pay $900 more), but they refused. Poor attitude and poor communication. Took a day off work for these people. Called me 15 minutes AFTER their latest time frame. Said they would be there an hour and a half later than that. I told them no thank you, you have already cost me a lot of money, no need for it to cost me more. It cost me far more than these people are worth.
