These apartments are nice for lower income families. Things seemed to be o.k. when I moved in with my child. The office staff was very nice and helpful. Turned in all my paper...

These apts are full of Thugs the police are here on calls 4-5 days a week in the summer and less in the winter Its gotten so bad here that the police have to cruise the complex in unmarked cars as well as cruisers several times a day but even this has not curved this riffraff riddled apt complex from their frequent acts of unacceptable behavior. Also be sure if you do move in to take pictures of the place note all defects and keep them in a safe place you WILL need them I have asked the carpet contractor about the price the mgr pays for new carpet it was in the range of $250.00 for a 1BR and slightly more for a 2BR So this person above was taken to the cleaners I have worked in the apt bus. 4 yrs I knew that the Mgr was NOT paying anything close to $900.00 to carpet an apt Pros: very nice interiors Cons: way too many incidents where police are called more

These apartments are nice for lower income families. Things seemed to be o.k. when I moved in with my child. The office staff was very nice and helpful. Turned in all my paperwork, including my move in condition form. The manager told me that she would put it in my file. I asked for a copy of my move in condition form and was told that the copier was broken, but they would get me a copy the next day. Got busy getting settled in and totally forget to get my copy. Asked about the copy about two weeks later and they said they miss placed it, but when they find it. Didn't think anything of it. The time that I lived there, really didn't have any problems. Until I moved out. I have had nothing but problems with them since.\r There were a few stains on the carpet before I moved in and that was listed on the move in condition form. When I moved out I was asked to pay $970.00 for carpet replacement. I was shocked!! When I asked to see the move in condition form it was completely blank.... I was so upset. I asked at that time for them to provide proof of when the carpet in the apartment was replaced prior to me moving in. It has been almost 2 years now and with a collection on my credit; I have yet to see the invoices for the carpet. I have been calling about every six months to try to resolve the issue and there has been no response. I just caution you if you move into these apartments, you may get stuck with and outrageous move out bill. Pros: Nice schools for kids Cons: They want you to pay for up keep they need to be paying for more
