Won't let anyone work on my door but these 7/2/2013

I am beyond happy for the guys who came out to my place to fix my sensors. I thought it was going to be an ridiculous price to get this fixed, but the guy reassured me, and got it done for me, for way less than what I was thinking. Great job. needed to get these fixed asap. I got tired of pulling up my door every day. more

These guys do an outstanding job. It can be pricey, but the quality is excellent. We had a screw drive motor installed and it's much quieter. The serviceman was very thorough and made sure everything was satisfactory. more

Money was a problem when I had you guys come out and give me an estimate to replace my door that I backed into last month. So i had you guys come out and replace my door yesterday, and I must say, This is the best damn garage door installation I've ever seen. Everything just looks perfect, and works right. best garage door team 5/16/2013

Technician came out to repair my broken springs. I called the night before, and was able to get him out to my house the very next morning. I was very pleased with the prompt service. He was on time, and didn't waste anytime getting to work. Took him maybe an hour and a half tops, and he was out of there. Door has been working fine, and i appreciate the fine work. more

Fast and efficient 5/14/2013

I had never had any garage door problems, so when my spring broke I was not sure what to do. I did a little research online and this company came up. I called them, they helped me and explained what was going on over the phone. The take came over the same day and got everything taken care of. They are very fast! more

Great service 4/18/2013

They did a full door install for me a few months ago, and it turned out great. I recently had lights installed on the side walls of the garage, and the wiring got caught in the garage door springs. He went out and fixed it the very next day just as he promised. I highly recommend this business for anything garage door. more

Great company 4/9/2013

Not knowing which company was trust worthy to repair our garage door from, this sight helped us a lot and the service we received was total satisfactory. They came on time, fixed up and when one of batteries were not functioning, Tech came in 48 hours to replace with a new one, and again on time. more

I had to call Lake Norman,Davidson garage door back for an issue I was having and he came immediately--that very day--and corrected the issue so that it now works perfectly. It is so refreshing to be able to get somebody on the phone right away and have them take care of the situation immediately--without any further charges. I won't ever use anybody else. more

From beginnign to end. THe dispatcher was friendly and knew what she was talking about. The tech called me before he got to my property, and explained everything my door needed before he worked on it, he even explained the invoice afterwards. Everything was clear like water! more

This company not only has certified technicians, but it also has great results to offer within every job. When my garage door started to act up I knew that I had to get a professional company to take care of it and since my neighbor had experienced a great service with them I gave them a try too and the satisfaction was guaranteed indeed. more

I have used Lake Norman, Davidson Garage Door quite a few times on different properties and find they have fair pricing cordial staff and are quick to come to my repair needs. It is hard to find a company in NC who excels my customer service expectations and Ive got to tell you Lake Norman, Davidson Garage Door has done this and more. I wouldn't hesitate to refer this company to anyone. more

Very highly recommended! 8/31/2012

My garage door broke the day we left on vacation so I used the web to help find someone to repair it when we got back. All 5 stars so it was a no-brainer. Called from the vacation spot and made an appointment for the day after we returned. Tech was there on time and took care of the problem; and the final cost turned out to be less than his estimate. more
