STAY AWAY! NOT KIND TO PETS!. We live close so had used this business before but perhaps they have new incompetent groomers. We gave simple instructions re our small cute West Highland Terrier - (tail long, hair on ears long, and just a lite trim all over) to the groomer Diane who nodded as though she understood. When we picked up our traumatized pet he had been SHEARED all over (and with nicks where she'd cut him) as though Diane hates dogs. When we complained Diane offered us a free trim next time, as though any rational person who loved their pet would ever use this terrible place again. We called the manager Beth the next morning and asked that the owner call us back - we think we should receive a refund. Instead of the owner calling Beth had Diane call us a few minutes later. In a screaming voice like a deranged person Diane accused us of lying about our instructions, angry that we would dare to complain, and said her awful treatment of our pet was all our fault - not hers. It was a short conversation. We have still not heard from the owner, nor do we expect to. We are sorry we subjected our cute loving pet to these incompetent, lying, despicable people, but you have a choice and can avoid them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.
