This business deserves a zero. For five years, waste-water plumbing was never fixed. Doing dishes in kitchen sink, and sink backs up with wastewater from upstairs units. Some areas go 3 weeks without any salt applied to break up winter ice on sidewalks. Repeated problems with burst water pipes. more
