I was wondering the upper west side when I stumbled upon this place. I wasn't going to go in at first, thinking "Hey this is the upper west side, I probably can't afford this jewelry", But I was pleasantly surprised to find the prices incredibly low. With all of the cute, funky, dangly earrings, snapon or slide on bracelets, those hot for fall broaches and necklaces (including my fave on silk ribbon) you can get some great pieces for as low as $6 and nothing seemed to be over the $25 mark. They also have great sales, with cute bags and scarves for $10.
