Although we have used this company on several occassions over a period of many years without incident, I cannot recommend their current business. We ordered and prepaid for shower doors. The installer arrived and immediately started arguing with the other workers on site. He followed this with a tirade on his cellphone in my frontyard. I repeatedly asked him to return to the work site and explain his concerns. He refused while ranting to me that "We don't do business that way." He was asked to leave. When I contacted his offices, the owner (Mark), was equally unprofessional and beligerent. He is now reporting me to the planning department for retiling my existing bathroom without a building permit. Please think twice before using this company.
