My daughter was in extreme pain due to a cavity that got worse within days. We had an appointment to fill the cavity at another dentistry but found out that dentist wasn't covered under our insurance plan. I was in a bit of a pickle with this emergency situation because my daughters two teeth were so bad she was doubled over in pain. I reached out to Ladd Dental Group Peru because I thought that the Wabash office was closed, and I found out that Peru was booked but they had mentioned to me that Wabash was open that day. I called Wabash and Kristen answered and she was super friendly and helpful. She told me that they were headed to their morning meeting but would discuss my emergency with the doctor and they would call me back. Not long after that phone call, Kristen called me back and told me to head on in, we headed their way quickly! Right when we got there they were so nice and accommodating. They took my daughter back right away, the doctor explained our options and he also told me that they had an Ortho doctor at their Peru office, which I was excited about as I will need this for my daughter real soon. My daughter didn't know what to expect so she was a bit anxious. He made some funny jokes which broke the ice and she was happy. That same day he took care of my daughter in a timely manner and we were out the door within an hour from us getting there. My daughter was pain free and very happy. Needless to say she had a wonderful sleep that night due to the care of Ladd Dental Group. We will be returning and recommending Ladd Dental Group to everyone. Thank you guys so much for everything!
