A neighbor mentioned this restaurant to my husband and myself and since it is close to home, we decided to give it a try. In one week we've dined there twice and have plans to take a friend tomorrow evening.\r

The location in a strip mall might turn some people off, but this is truly a gem in the desert. Small and cozy (there are only 9 tables), you can watch the chef cooking in the kitchen and he whistles while he works (ALWAYS a good sign). \r

The pasta is delicious and I believe is house-made (tastes like it!). The sausage risotto was greatly enjoyed by my husband and I highly recommend their fish (halibut was the special) piccata. Fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. Gnocchi with pesto was also a standout.\r

Even the bread is great. You get a nice pour on their wines by the glass and it's only $6.00 (such a deal!).\r

All in all, a wonderful dining experience we look forward to enjoying alot. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.\r
