I wanted to sincerely thank you both for the role you played in my wedding. Whether you know it or not, the experience I had at LaRaine's Boutique is one that I will cherish. So many of my friends have had such awful experiences when it comes to their wedding gowns and you all spoiled me. My dress was (and still is) perfect if you ask me. You bet I have recommended you to every girl I meet that is getting married. As promised, I have included some pictures of the big day. The Alteration process make the dress look like it was made for me. The dresses for brides and bridesmaids were affordable and they had a good variety. more

Liked: Selection, Service, Value/To La Raines, Unfortunately, they didn’t have the that dress, but my consultant Kim said they had plenty of others to check out. So she started showing me dresses and it turns out I bought the very 1st one I tried on out of about 20 or so; Kim is THE BEST! She’s very personable, bubbly, patient, & DOES NOT pressure you into buying just anything. They have dresses from all price ranges. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends! more

What I loved about LaRaine’s boutique is LaRaine herself! She’s fabulous and bubbly and clearly loves what she does! She has a super cute super sweet little black and white puppy dog who hands out in the store. She has a wonderful staff—they were all so nice to me and seemed really genuine. And LaRaine’s fabulous charmer of a hubby who works at the front counter—what a great guy! Always smiling and giving complements to the brides to be. I really enjoyed shopping at LaRaine’s. I also love that they pressed my gown so well that I didn’t need to press it before my wedding. I wish I could get married again and again (to the same guy obviously) so I could go back and buy another fabulous dress…oh before I forget Raine’s dress selection is to die for! Most all of her gowns are very reasonably prices! more

After shopping for wedding dresses at several other places, I decided to try La Raine's because I had driven by it a few times and loved it's location. I was blown away at how friendly their whole staff was! Not only did they take over 2.5 hours out of their day for me to try on dresses, but they let me try on whatever I wanted (even those few silly dresses your MOH and bridesmaids want you to try on for "fun"). No other place would let me look at their selection of dresses and pick the ones I wanted- they always made me try on the ones they picked based on my description. I ended up with something totally different than what I originally wanted, and it helped that I picked it. Of course they made suggestions, but it was still the fact that I knew I could look at everything they had to offer. After finding my perfect dress, there was champagne for everyone! The ordering, fittings, and everything else went seamlessly! La Raine, the alterer, and my sales consultant were there for EVERY fitting and made me feel as though I was special, not just some other person that bought their dress at their store. I have recommended La Raine's to ALL of my friends, even out of towner's, and ALL have had a wonderful experience there! more

I just wanted to thank you so much for my dress, everyone agreed that I looked stunning. I am so happy that Laura helped me pick it out, the designer is Pattis I think the designer is in Paris France. Any way, it makes me look absolutely amazing, what a difference experience makes. Laura has a natural eye for fashion and it shows when she helps pick out a wedding gown.I'm happy my Mother is happy and the people at LaRaine's were wonderful. I am looking forward to trying on the dress when it comes in. In the mean time I am recommending all my friends to get over to LaRaine's Bridal n the Highlands. more

I called this store before my appointment to inquire about a specific dress which La Raine told me they had but when I arrived 3 sales people seached the store and could not find it-even La Raine was confused about whether it had come in. The salesperson I worked with did not help me with trying on the huge dresses, was desperate to sell me a dress and did not seem to know anything about alterations, etc. I felt a lot of pressure to buy, like a used care lot! I wont go back even if they find the dress! more

The owner of this boutique is incredibly snobby if you don't intend to spend a fortune in her store. When I finally confronted her with all of the problems I had encountered with her awful customer service I was told to take my business elsewhere. She never tried to resolve the problems or treat me with any respect at all... stay away from this shop! more

La Raine's is located in Virginia-Highlands and is both a regular clothing store and a bridal store. I came very close to buying my wedding gown here. They have a great selection with very reasonable prices (under $1000) and the service is excellent. You get pampered and treated like gold, you are never rushed, they give great advice....overall this is a really top-notch store and it is a must-visit for any bride-to-be! more
