Horrible customer service 12/26/2010

The only reason I give them 1 star, is that there is no option for 0. I had an appointment with them to fix my oven Christmas eve morning. They were supposed to be there between 8-12. My wife waited until 1pm and they never showed, never called. Had to move our Xmas eve dinner to another house. Horrible customer service. Got a call on Sunday, Non apologetic, just said they were closed that day, with no explanation about the appointment. Will never use again. more
