Poor service and shabby workmanship.
After requesting that a zipper be replaced on my 500.00 marmot jacket with an authentic marmot zipper obtainable through marmot she used a cheap low quality and smaller tooth zipper that would constantly split apart. She also stitched it to the delicate inner lining doing damage instead of stitching to the tough outer shell.
After asking her to make things right, she would not compensate me in any way. I am currently in litigation over this. Do not take a chance with this company.
