Andy 2001 Ford Mustang\r \r Avoid!!!! They are double the price of most anyone I know of. They were going to charge $200.00 just to replace a rear bushing and seal on my mustang transmission. This is a $100.00 job at most. Plus they wanted another $250.00 to work on my drive shaf. I can replace the whole drive shaft for $75.00 at Lewisville Motors salvage yard! When I ask Steve about the high prices charges, he got smart mouthed and showed his true colors. I even talked to Bobby the owner about Steves bad attitude, But Bobby could care less. NO THANKS!!! I'll go to Sebs Transmissions and pay half! more

I had been having trouble with my 2005 Honda CRV I hit a pothole here in town and the passenger side continued to wobble and vibrate. I took my truck first to the Honda Dealer which wanted me to put up my firstborn, even though they didn't totally know what the problem was. I left there with good reason and tried many other shops in town. To make a long story short, I was referred to L & R by one of the other shops that could not diagnosis the problem. Steve @ L & R was professional, honest and the price was extremely reasonable. I wish that they could do all the work on my CRV. Never had that experience before. Definitely the best auto shop I've been to. more

Good Deal 11/5/2011

My uncle is a mechanic. When he was too swamped to be able to work on my car, he told me a buddy that he went to school with would do me right. He worked at L&R. I took my car over and they had it a week. It seemed a little long to me, but then realized my car was a mess when I was told all that was broken, cracked and needed replacing. It was a 14 year old car. They fixed it right up and got me back to driving it again. It has run better now than it ever did. Thanks. I didn't realize all was so wrong with my little red car. Perfect trans shop 10/24/2011

This has to be the best transmission in the town.I took a car of show car quality to them an when they were done one of the guys that worked there told me they really looked after it while it was there.The car shifts perfect the job was done to high standards.Dont know what the person done to give a bad review but i would ignore it.Thanks for a job well done will go back without a question!!!!! more

After sending several of My customers there and using them my self this shop has an amazing work quality , and warranty, I dont know if the last review if the lady got the wrong shop but L&r is not but up up lets take care of the customer. i recommend them for any kind of repair. I can;t put into words how good they are. thanks for giving such great service!! more

Took my car here on a recommendation for a transaxle problem. They had it for several days, then told me they wouldn't look at the car until I got new front tires. Was too busy to try to make a diagnosis, was obviously trying to get me to go away. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Cons: Wouldn't even make a diagnosis more
