Outstanding Business! 1/1/2014

I brought my daughter's new (2001) Lexus in for its state inspection and everything went beautifully. I love the fact that I can schedule online. The service was done right on time, while I waited and every bit of the interaction went very smoothly. The gentleman who worked with me was courteous and efficient. Not to sound like an old curmudgeon but I find this level of service extremely unusual. We have three cars in our family now (ugh-teenagers) I will be bringing all of them to you from now on! I overheard several phone calls while I was waiting each one sounded reasonably priced and logical rather than crazy expensive and and incomprehensible. I can't tell you how happy I am to find a fair and reasonable business close to home. You have me for life!!! more

LMT Auto Repair has maintained my Toyota van for 3 years. They are polite, responsive to my concerns, and have high standards of quality for work. When a manufacturer's equipment failed to perform well, they dealt with the problems and replaced the equipment w/out charge. I recommend them highly! more

How nice is it in this day and age, that I can drop my car off for a simple oil change, they drive me 1 mile away to my office and call me when its done? GREAT!! more

What doesn't? 9/19/2013

I REALLY appreciate that I was able to bring my own parts for a brake job. I also liked that I emailed the shop on the weekend and I received an answer back during the weekend. I was able to sked a visit all via email. LMT continues to make me want to return, time and again! more
