I love working with homebuyers because every loan is filled with new dreams and hopes for the next phase of their life, and it is wonderful being a part of that process.
Personally, I am a serial remodeler and can always see the possibilities of what a home could be. My family often comes to me for ideas of how to “Julie-tize” a home. New construction and remodeling are my absolute favorite because those loans tend to be more complicated than the typical loan, which appeals to my problem-solving talents.
