What makes it so great is that they not only found out what was causing the problems I related to the service desk, they also found out some other things wrong that needed to be fixed. As of this date, 11/8, everything is working as it should. more

Oil Change and Inspection -Took almost 2 hours 10/13/2013

I called ahead on a Thursday morning and was told there was no wait. Get to LMC about 10:30 am. There was a problem with the car's idling after the oil change. The technician finally diagnosed the issue - the air filter was not sealed/placed properly and was quickly corrected. The Service techs and advisors kept me updated on my cars status, which was very appreciated. more

The service is fast. LMC also provide a coursty ride to and from their location to home. Which I feel is a great customer service bonus. more

Great Service 9/23/2013

LMC replaced at no charge a battery that I purchased there awhile back. The battery started having probs holding a charge. It was replaced without any hassle at all. more

As usual I went there for a mere alignment and of course they say there is about 750 dollars worth of work to do first. Went to another mechanic not only are they doing the work LMC suggested but for about 300 less and that is with the alignment. more
