Was given wrong information by Jennifer 8/13/2011

My experience was very disappointing since Jennifer assured me that Dr. Lefebvre's costs to me were within a "few dollars" of my in network costs. Dr. Lefebvre said "only possibly the cleaning" could be considered within a few dollars. Also, Jennifer assured me that my limits with my insurance were 1k and they turned out to be 1.5k, as long as I went to a dentist within my network. If I went to Dr. LeFebvre then my limit would be 1k. I would like to be reimbursed the $80 for the conference with Dr. LeFebvre either to my insurance company or to myself, or I will accept another cleaning in 3 months by Emily. This situation, while could be innocent on the part of Jennifer, should not have happened. I also take responsibility for not doing my homework and will pay the higher costs for the cleaning, exam and the xrays. Jennifer, and the Dr. both claimed that she like an encyclopedia for insurance information so either they are completely misinformed, or willing to deceive people in order to make money. more

Experience at the Dentist 8/10/2011

Attention to detail was very good while cleaning my teeth. Seemed like special attention was given for each part of the cleaning to ensure teeth were in good shape or may need attention. more

I have been going to Dr. Mike for 10 years. There is no wait, the staff is ready for you, they keep you informed about what they are doing and clearly explain any issues and inform you of your treatment options. I also like that Dr. Mike is always on top of the latest technology to make your visits even more comfortable and efficient. I a patient for life. more

Cleaning and Filling 7/26/2011

I am a new patient with Dr LeFebvre and thought the entire dental experience was the best I have had. I learned a lot from both the Doctor and the hygenist about my teeth and what they were finding and doing. I also thought that the personal touches with the thank you card and phone call from the doctor to see how I was doing after my dental work added to the experience. I will definitely be referring friends and coming back! more

Porcelain Onlay 7/21/2011

I had a porcelain onlay done today by Dr. LeFebvre. He did a beautiful job. You can't even tell where the onlay & the tooth meet up. There was no pain, either, even with the shot & I was done in less than 2 hours from start to finish. He has been my dentist for over 12 years & I am happy to say that I have a great smile because of him! more

I've been coming here for years and they keep getting better! The hygienists know me personally and are very skilled. Dr. LeFebvre is a total technology guru and has all of the lastest and greatest equipment...he doesn't miss a thing. Highly recommend this practice!! more

Each and every time I visit this office for a cleaning, it is always an enjoyable experience. I am always greeted with a smile and the dental hygienist is a delight. The dentist always listens and is wonderful too. I highly recommend this practice. more

I appreciate the thoroughness with which you conduct your dental practice. After removing the crown, you found that there were other issues that had to be dealt with. I appreciate your forthrightness about the problems and the manner in which you went about discussing an ideal treatment plan. Even though this will be quite expensive, I realize that the options are limited. more

I've known Mike LeFebvre for over 10 years. He is a wonderful dentist and is always on the cutting edge with technology and does beautiful work. I can truly say that I am very happy to have him as my dentist. more
