Well, 290 is better than 400 6/19/2011

Can’t do it. High security. I don’t know what you’re talking about. These were all responses that I got when I called to have someone make me a new key for my Jetta. I finally made it down to these guys. They told me that it may be as much as 400 bucks, but I had no choice! I needed someone to make me a key! Luckily, when they came out they said that it was going to cost 290. Much cheaper than I expected it to be, and my problem is now solved. I should have just called these guys first! more

Lost keys? no problem for these guys. As a matter of fact, I was pretty concerned that the guy was able to get in so easily. So I asked the guy how to avoid that and he told me about these special high security locks. Anyway, I had him come back a few days later and install those. Now I feel better about the whole lock situation. They weren’t cheap, but I have peace of mind! more

just the people i was looking for! 2/5/2011

i guess we must have called on an off day - i originally intended to schedule an appointment but the lady on the phone said that they cam come out right then and there and there are no extra charges for that. I found that hard to believe but rest assured 15 minutes later they were at my door - took a quick look at everything and got straight to work. fabulous. more

good service 1/30/2011

gonna be brutally honest here - they got here fast, charged me LESS then what I was quoted over the phone - from the operator to the locksmith that came to my apartment right after midnight - had all the right tools and knew what he was doing EVERYONE was smiling (well I didn't actually see the girl over the phone but she sounded happy...) anyway many thanks! who thought that getting locked out around midnight would be such a positive experience. more

very good service 1/22/2011

These guys are not going to win any speed contests. I mean it took them about 45 minutes just to get out here. But when they did get here, they were done with the locks in less than 20 minutes. Now that I think about it, I guess that it didn't take them too long to get out here considering the fact that it was the end of rush hour. more

Unexpectedly good! 1/15/2011

What great people! I had called them because I thought I had lost the keys to my rental car. I called them and I spoke to this very nice gentleman and he said that a technician was going to give me a call and he called, but before he did, I found my keys so I had to cancel, but the second guy that called me was just as nice as the first guy that I called. All I can say for sure is that I will make sure that they are the first people that I will call if I ever need a locksmith again. more
