Purchased a Kona from Kyle's a few months ago and service was great but now I can't even get a phone call back regarding upgrades to my bicycle. Service has gone down hill fast and I'm forced to turn to other local bicycle shops. Don't waste your time shopping at Kyle's you'll be left out in the cold after the purchase. more

Great customer service 10/6/2008

Kyle is a great mechanic, and his prices are reasonable. I'm a native and have been riding bicycles all of my life...I have a new bike shop! Pros: Customer service, friendly atmosphere, great prices, Cons: small shop, may have to special order, not everything in stock more

Kyle is the best bike mechanic in Orlando! 2/28/2008

Road, mountain, cruiser, freeride, BMX, whatever bike you have Kyle, Joey, and Drew are the guys to work on it! The only shop I trust with my bikes' is Kyle's. Super quick turn around time, great prices and he will pick up and deliver your bike to you. Don't be fooled by the shop, he knows his stuff. I highly recommend Kyle's to anyone Pros: Great staff, super knowledgeable, great prices Cons: Small shop, not everything in stock, but can order for you and have it in 2-3 days. more
