Meatless dishes are delicious! 6/24/2004

Kwang Chow has absolutely the best meatless almond chow mein and meatless fried rice. So fresh and delicious! Yes, you can go meatless at a Chinese Restaruant. This restaurant serves Chinese food the way American's like it. I'm so lucky it's in my neighborhood. And the people are so nice and friendly. Pros: Value, Good Parking, good service more

Best Chinese in Portland 9/4/2002

This is hands-down my favorite Chinese restaurant in Portland. It is very quaint and not much to look at from the outside or inside. But EVERYTHING that I have tried here is good and tastes better than anything I've tried in other Chinese restaurants. My favorites: the pork fried rice; egg rolls; egg foo young; sweet & sour chicken (no fatty pieces!). Very big portions, so you'll have leftovers. I get takeout a lot here. This has got to be the best oriental cuisine I have eaten in a long time. This restaurant stands second to none in the egg roll department. You can't beat a Kwang Chow egg roll and an order of pork fried rice when those hunger pains start coming on. more
