I won't take my computers to anyone in Seattle because I can take them to Chris and his crew at Kvalley Computers.Bright, friendly, respectful and helpful. more

They saved my business 6/18/2009

I already called and said Thank you so I'm going to find all the review sites I can and say it again and again. You saved my business, you saved my sanity. No one else could get the files off my dead hard drive. You did and you had it done the next day. I'll always back up my quickbook files from now on but thank you very much for all the time you saved me and the great computer you built me. I will never forget it. more

This company is the best 6/9/2009

Good: They made me feel like I was wanted in their store and that I wasn't a dumb person. I just had a computer problem.. Bad: Nothing. Well, maybe the music they were playing. It was stuff from the 70s. Hah hah hah! I actually like stuff from back then. Improvements: Better signage. The building has "Record Printing" on it.. Other: I love these folks. They fixed my computer problem the first time. When I had questions after that and I called them to help me with one of the programs they installed, they spent almost 30 minutes with me going over everything. I learned a lot. I also signed up with their internet service and now I don't get junk mail or viruses. Sign up with them. more

Simply the best 4/5/2009

I discovered them after I had trouble with my other unnamed provider. The local phone company. Kvalley treated me like a real person. They fixed my problem for free and I love their internet service. It rarely rarely has a problem and I don't get junk mail! I love them for that. No junk mail! If you live in Ellensburg, you have to get your internet from them. more

Kvalley Computers and Internet 8/20/2005

Kvalley Computers and Internet is run by very educated people. They have reasonable prices for internet services. We have never gotten a virus because it protects out computer and prevents viruses. The employees are also very friendly and efficient. They work with PCs and MACs. It is good to know that our computer is run by extremely knowledgeable people. more
