Joseph Kutch is a good attorney. He has a good win/success rate. He is very straight forward!!! He calls 'em as he sees 'em.
Mr. Kutch was appointed by the court to represent the defendant in a case that involved the death (murder) of a family member of mine.
He did the best he could for the guilty party with the resources he had available to him.
What impressed me was not his demeanor in the courtroom but the compassion he had for my family.
His wife came and sat in on most of the proceedings that stretched over a week. She was also compassionate and kind.
Mr. Kutch will tell you to your face if he thinks you are guilty. He holds no punches. But even at that he upholds his sworn oath to provide the best council possible to his clients.
