I brought my Malibu in for service on a Saturday morning because there was water leaking onto the passenger seat from the pillar. It was explaned to me that the drain to the sunroof was probably clogged. As they investigated further it was actuallyl undone. The leak was fixed right away but when the service guys checked the carpet and found it soaked they wanted to keep my car over the weekend so it could dry out and hopefully not mildew. While they had the carpet pulled up they noticed something they didn't like. We had to order a part. Then there was a problem with the seat on that side. So my car had to go to the body shop. All and all it room 12 days to correct my problem. Most of which was actually the damage from the water not the leak itself. Mark Wilson was my service manager he provided me with a loaner car, kept me informed on how my repaires were progressing . I feel great about my experience with Henna. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and look forward to my next car purchase.
