Not sure what to rate so rating 3 8/1/2015

I'm not trusting what I was told. I haven't had much of a problem with my van. Last year there was nothing said about there being any problems with the rotors at inspection. Now I'm told by the mech that I need brakes and rotors all the way around. I can't afford the $780 estimate. This means I have no way to get to work due to health issues. Paying for other transportation would defeat me saving to fix my van...and walking would defeat my health as it is. When I said I couldn't afford it the mech never said that they could do the minimum for less cost. I can't even decide if I would recommend this business to a friend but I have to pick something, so no. more

Best service 6/20/2015

Mario is THE BEST!! I called in my usual panic when my car was having problems. It was 2:00pm Mario calmly and reassuringly talked me through getting my vehicle there and what to do if the check engine light started blinking. He fixed my car that same day so that I could get to work the next day. I cannot express how much his caring attitude and his ability to get the job done means to me. HE TRULY IS AN ASSET TO KUDLAS!!! more

First alignmernt 6/8/2015

I had a 4 wheel alignment done. When I picked up the car I noticed my clock was reset and my radio stations were erased. This would indicate something to do with the power -- for a wheel alignment though ? more
