KPM is the best in town. They have integrity in the field of property management. The staff are totally responsive, and listen well. Service has been nothing but excellent. I needed a new apartment fast and Derrick got me in one which matched my needs. Since then, another management company has taken over and they are not nearly as good. Krystle Property Management was excellent in every way and accountable for everything. more

They were a big help 7/25/2012

I was going through some personal difficulties and had to find a new place to live. Krystle Property Management made everything so much easier. With their help, I recently moved in to a great new apartment and I'm so relieved! Thanks so much!! more

Expert and Professional Service 7/19/2012

In the past three years, KPM has provided us professional services taking care of our rental properties. I'm very happy with their services and they are keeping both my tenants and me happy. I am kept informed of any major issues and needed maintenance work. One of our goals is happy tenants and KPM has definitely helped us make that happen. I haven't heard anything negative from my tenants about the management or maintenance crews. We will continue using KPM as our property management company because of their expertise and professionalism. more

KPM was very professional in handling a difficult situation with a renter. They found the facts which lead them to determine that the renter was indeed at fault. When the facts stand for themselves there can be no confusion or misunderstanding. more
