Good price, but bad customer service. The first time they replaced my windshield, it leaked air and made horribly loud noises driving down the highway. Tried to call and get it fixed, but had a hard time getting a hold of them on the phone. Once we did, we made an appointment to take our vehicle to the location to get it fixed, but the guy ""forgot"" to meet us. When we tried to call and get a hold of them to see where we should take it, nobody answered the phone. After driving around KC to a different location, we finally got somebody to look at it. We had to make another appointment for them to come fix it. They had to take it out and put it back in and reseal it. After that, is started leaking water under the dash. Some guy finally came out to look at it and resealed an area. After all of our troubles, all they offered was a $50 gas card. At least it's something, but I was not at all pleased with their service and I would not recommend them to anybody. more

I had my windshield replaced and they broke my satellite radio antenna while doing so. They refused to pay to replace the antenna and they were unresponsive when I called. They promised multiple times to call me back but I did not receive calls back from them. more

Price-wise, one of the lowest in town for autoglass and they can do it in about an hour and usually the same day or so. But had to return to the shop to repair the first install as it wasn't sealed correctly and air was getting through. They corrected the problem for free, but had to go back and reschedule and had to reseat the entire window - so didn't met specs in first install. Overall pretty good guys - just make sure to test your window by driving on the highway to make sure no air gaps or other issues. Pros: cheap, fast service Cons: reliability more
