Financing 7/23/2019

Bought a used car after finding on CarGurus, showed rating of 4.5 stars for dealer. Used financing through dealer since from out of town and after banking hours. Tried to transfer loan to my bank, paperwork never sent to financing bank. Multiple attempts by me to get loan transferred but unable to since no one ever seemed to know about my loan. Finally got resolved by my bank calling, having original paperwork destroyed and doing a new loan through my bank. more

I went here the other day trying to look at some used cars, but didn't really get very far. I walked around (in below-freezing temperatures) for about ten or fifteen minutes before anyone came out to help me, and then the guy who did help me didn't seem to know that much about the two cars I was interested in. Maybe I just got the "new guy" or something, but I wasn't all that impressed. more
