I'm a sucker for Fish Fry Fridays and went to the one at Kopper Kitchen recently. It's the nastiest Fish Fry I've been to. Everything tasted worse than ""Kopper"" - it tasted downright ""Krappy."" More specifically, the fish was a low grade fish that was fried in overused, dirty oil. The french fried potatoes were soggy. The coffee was luke warm upon serving and only replaced after a lengthy wait and attitude from the waitress. This low budget (watch the mighty dollar) place even appeared to water down the ketchup; though in name brand bottles, it didn't taste like ""the real thing."" The entire staff that I encountered had that ""hate to be here"" attitude. Before long, I felt the same and finally left.
