I've been buying tires from Kolsom Tires for many years. They know what they are doing. Kolsom offers good quality tires, at a reasonable price (which always includes mounting and balancing). It is first come, first served. Overhead is low. No credit cards. You can't beat it! more

Car was returned with damaged, unusable hubcaps. The owner did not let us know about the damage and refused to answer my complaint. I would discourage anyone from using Kolsom tires. The money you may save on tires was spent replacing 4 hubcaps. more

This shop is really nothing more than a big warehouse next to the owner's home. The sign is small, so you may miss it from the main road. They have many different types and brands of tires in stock, and if they don't have what you're looking for they can usually get it in a few days. Since there isn't the overhead you'd have with a chain shop, the prices are great. Keep in mind that this isn't a shop, so there isn't a waiting area with coffee and doughnuts. The weather was nice, so we waited by the tree in his front yard. I'm not sure what happens when the weather is not nice. They did the work quickly, and it was well done. They only do tire installs and balancing, not alignment or anything else. To pay, you actually go into the man's kitchen. It's very low-key, and the price is great. more
