Subway has a reputation for fresh, fast sandwhiches. Koloa Subway
delivers that, along with a few unsavory employees.
I've gone to Koloa Subway about 3 or 4 times a week since they opened
in 2003. Their ingredients are always fresh-looking, although they are
often out of spinach (for their salads) and their tomatoes are usually
a little green. Other than that, their sandwhiches are always
well-made and filled with lots of tasty ingredients.
Unfortunately, an otherwise nice fast-food franchise is marred by the
employees that work there. A few of them are nice, while many of them
are very curt and not well-coursed in customer service. While they
make nice sandwiches, they rarely go beyond that.
All in all, Koloa Subway is a nice place to grab a quick, healthy
meal. Just don't look for too many smiling faces!
Pros: Relatively fast sandwich making
Cons: Poor customer service
