We hired Kohler Lawn and Outdoor to design and install a large outdoor paver patio last spring (2010). The patio is just want we asked for and looks beautiful. The men who intalled the patio had great attention to detail and were very skilled at their trade. This past year, we had a lot of rain and one portion of the patio (that was backfilled) settled by a noticable amount. We made sure to call within our year warranty and the Owner was out the next day to check it out. His team was out the next week and fixed the entire settled area before I got home from work. The patio looks as good as new again and we didn't have to spend a penny to fix it! I would highly recommend Kohler lawn and outdoor for their outdoor living space design. more

Did not provide service promised. Due to a mistake on the part of Kohler, our sprinkler system was damaged, then Kohler wanted us to pay for their mistake! After negotiating a lesser price for the repair, Kohler never returned to finish the work! They left our piping exposed during freezing temperatures and we had to hire another contractor to come in and finish the job. Pros: local Cons: Does not return calls more
