I bought a Hyundai Sonata from Nelson Onofre of Koppel Nissan. The finance along with the sale person and manager were very professional and very detail oriented. They are very knowledgeable and very explicit to all my questions. I would highly recommend any one to Koppel. Fantastic Experience! I just recently purchased my first car from Koeppel Nissan (a 2009 used Nissan Versa) and had the best experience. The salesperson, Forkan was attentive and helpful every step of the way. At no point did I feel like they were putting ""the hard sell"" on me. For once I found a dealership that is fast and gives me individual time. I get the warmest greeting every time I walk in. The mechanics are awesome in what they do. You actually go in for one problem and they check on the whole car with no problem. I always seem to come out feeling great because I know I won't have any other problems with my car. Dennis Edwards is also a great guy, anything I need he's right there to help. Dan Grande is THE MAN! He's not only a person for service but a complex individual you can always count on when needed. We went in thinking it was going to be the typical annoying, money talking bull that most dealerships have given us. As soon as we stepped in the door, we were greeted and not hassled aggressively . Our salesman Eddie D. gave us all of the information that we were requesting and then we talked numbers. Unhappy with some, he asked what deal we wanted and to our surprise made it possible. The numbers he gave us were fair and honest, not shady like the two dealerships we went to previously. Tony then gave us the best deal possible. We walked out with our new car in just 4 hours! If your looking for a Nissan then look no further, I have personally been too every borough except Staten Island, but including Long Island. best deals hands down, Imran the sales guy very cool they work him to hard cause he's good at closing those deals. Tony saves you as much money as he can on the financing, and Islam makes it all happen some how i dunno but I'm driving, even went back a month later for a minor problem that I did not notice at purchase time and they fixed it no problem, car service team looks like a Ford assembly line. Koeppel built an A1 car dealership DYNASTY hands down, go see for your self why I'm writing this review like I got stock in the company which I don't. more

My sales person was Liliana, she knew her car. Very straight forward,and very nice. The financial person Mr. Cheung and the manager worked with us until they got us at a price we felt comfortable with by using incentives and working the numbers until we were satisfied. Our trade went well and our purchase was a smooth transaction. We weren't even thinking about buying a car that same day. We just went in to talk numbers since we knew exacty what we wanted from our previous experience last month with Bay Ridge Nissan. They were aweful, their finance managers are manipulative crooks. The sales people don't know what they are talking about.We literally walked away from the deal after spending 2 days a total on 6 hours back and forth. I started by quest for a new-used vehicle for about 3 months now,I look and look for weeks,I would spend hours online just trying to see what car or suv I wanted and could maintain,as time pass I went to diffrent dealerships where I felt the cars where not EXPENSIVE BUT THEY WERE WAY OVERPRICE,after a few more weeks of looking I went in to koeppel nissan with a print out of the car I was interested in at a price that was right within my budget,I spoke to pablo who made this transaction SUPER EASY from the first phone conversation we had,when I walk into the koeppel main office,right away I was attended too with service not found nowhere else,pablo had his best sale person take me to see the car,david garcia,he was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and knew all their is about cars,I drove the car.like it,made an offer and within a few hours I was driving home in a new car with no hassel whatsoever.KOEPPEL NISSAN IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN NYC!!!! We purchesed a 2010 Ford Mustang with 25000 miles on it. Joe Clem worked with us on a great price. The car needed a few things to be done to it. Joe stepped up and sent the car into his service department. They did a oil and filter change, replaced the air filter, 4 NEW Tires, wheel alignment, New floor mats and more. The car had 2 OEM master keys and 1 valet key with a complete set of owners manuals. Saiful Islam had the car completely detailed and filled the tank with gas. Needless to say when they finished the CAR LOOKED AND DROVE LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT OF THE NEW CAR SHOWROOM. If your in the market for a New or Used car THIS IS THE PLACE TO PURCHASE.When we need another car we will go back to KOEPPEL NISSAN. more

Prior to going to the dealership I had done my research on the vehicle I wanted, reviewed available stock at competition and knew how much I was willing to pay. Isaak never pressured me or tried to 'upsell' me into a different model. During the test drive, I realized that I did not want a base model but could not afford the top of the line that was on the dealer lot. Isaak worked with other dealerships to find the model and options I wanted. Everyone at Koeppel was helpful, courteous, and patient - especially as I had a young child with me and the paperwork was tedious, no one blinked or rolled their eyes as he got bored. I would highly recommend Koeppel to ANYONE in the market for a new car, and definitely recommend Isaak for anyone buying in the Nissan family. I don't purchase a vehicle from a dealership that I don't trust, and that trust must be earned. I had been having my previous Nissan vehicle serviced at Koeppel and was impressed with their service staff and especially their constant effort to communicate clearly with me what attention my vehicle my car needed. Is was for these reasons that I chose to see them about purchasing a new vehicle. Before arriving on-site, I visited their website to get an idea of what I wanted and for what price. I did not find their site easy to navigate or find information on specific cars. I made initial contact via email, and although they said they had emailed me additional information on the car model I was looking at, there was no attachment. However, I set up a meeting with one of their sales reps. for the following week. Upon arriving on-site, the original sales rep. was for some reason unavailable, so I was introduced to Isaak isaak stayed with me throughout the entire process and was a wealth of information about the car I was considering. I greatly appreciated that Isaak didn't pressure me into ANY decision. After deciding to go ahead with the purchase, Isaak worked with me to contact my insurance to have them fax me a temporary card so that my new car would immediately be covered when I drove off the lot. Overall, my experience was good and Koeppel Nissan has continued to be a site that I trust with my car and my money. more

The customer service at Koeppel has always been great. On Saturday we went into your Koeppel location and was immediatley greeted by Isaak. He was very helpful and listened to what I wanted and made a few suggestions. Isaak made me feel comfortable and assured me of the quality vehicle I was getting on Saturday and explained everything thouroughly. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase which was a relief. That and the service Isaak gave us was probally two of the reasons I ended up purchasing the car. I work in the public and will recommened Isaak to my clients.
