disapointed 10/25/2009

Today I went to the Hesperia CA. Kmart this morning at about 11:00AM to buy the advertised mens thermal "Joe Boxer" thermal underwear. it was the first day of the add but, there were no small, medium or large sizes available. In went to the service desk to for a rain check and was advised that rain checks would not be available. No offer was made to contact another store. When I returned home I called the Apple Valley CA store only to be left on hold for several minuets until I gave up and hung up. bob mourino more

Not too good of a selection. 8/13/2005

The local KMart store doesn't provide much of a pleasant shopping experience. The store is very disorganized. Most of the time I can't find what I am looking for. Some of the workers aren't very helpful at all. This is the most obvious in the electronics department. 90% of the time whoever is working in that department has no idea what most electronics are. If I call before I go to the store it takes ages for them to answer the phone and when I want to be directed to a specific department it also takes them forever to answer the phone. My advice: stay away from KMart and just go to Wal-Mart in Victorville. more
