My name is Kristy Story and I am the force behind Klutterbug.biz. I'm married to my high school sweetheart and have two sons and 3 grandsons. My husband Jerry, an International Square Dance Caller, blessed me with the opportunity to have traveled the world. Today, we face a new phase of our life and we are thoroughly enjoying our move back to our hometown Fairfield, IA. The KlutterBug.biz mission is: Declutter Southeast Iowa One Room at a Time


My husband and I owned and operated Story Construction for 12 years. We built many duplexes and homes in Mission, Texas and Crossville, Tennessee. I listed and sold real estate for Century 21 in McAllen, Texas. I will be a licensed Iowa real estate agent this spring.


I have had the distinct opportunity to declutter, organize, stage and decorate Pride Resort in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. The Resort consists of 20 rental units, club house, pavilion, caf, check-in office, and conference center including supply and catering closets!


Ive been decluttering, organizing, staging and decorating homes for the biggest part of my adult life. Clutter is stressful! I love to experience the proud and tranquil feelings of my customers when the job is finished.
