You Must Read Before Buying Anything from Them
I would like to buy a refrigerator for my store. I gave an order two days ago. They send their terrible return, repair and refund policy for sign. I signed the paper and I emailed them back. I got one more email about shipping the product. It would be same day then I called them to change to shipping location. the Operator linked me to STEVE ( they said he is the top manager) I started talking with him for changing product shipping location. He said he can not because of Credit card company. I was trying to find a way I was talking and he started to swear at me F...ck off , F.. ck you and he shut the phone on my face. I was shocked. I never got like this kind of response before. I called one more time for refund. I said I am going to write about your customer service and your swearing, everywhere on the web. He Said ' I Have your Address And Company Information I will Leave Bad Review. He threatened me. If he were to do this, I will sue him anyway. He can not stop me from writing bad reviews. I am on your side.
