Hi, I ordered this company to repair my home garage door, Ben came fast and it took Him 45 minutes to repair a broken spring. They said I have a wood door and because of that the spring has to be thicker - whatever... the thing i liked the best is that the tech was very good looking thank you Ben :) more

Fantastic 7/13/2010

What's not to love? I called them yesterday at 1. Lucky for me, he was just finishing a job in our neighborhood. He stopped by about 20 minutes later, figured out what was wrong and got the door to shut securely for the night. He was backing today with parts for the opener, finished the job by noon, and charged a really reasonable price. AND, he was very polite in not criticizing the DIY job my husband had done which caused most of the problem! Fast, friendly, and competent. The guys were here within 15 minutes of my call, and did a great job repairing my garage door. more

Great prices, great work! From start to finish! If there was an award for superior customer service, this company would win every year. I can't believe it, they designed my garage door in my budget with all the extras I wanted, financed the whole project and did it quicker than they told me it would take. We will refer them to all of our friends! more
