Repari Water Heater 2/4/2018

The element broke on our water heater on a Saturday morning. Seth Smith with Kinsey called 15 minutes after I called in and was at our house in 45 minutes. He replaced the element and set up time for a more "permanent" factory warranty fix the next week. Helpful, courteous and very timely! more

Great Service 2/3/2018

Seth was very helpful and patient and answered any questions I had about my water softener. He also took the time to explain to me abt my water heater and restarting if pilot light if I ever have the need. Thanks Seth. more

hot water heater 2/2/2018

it was just the flood sensor that had tripped due to condensation. Devon showed me how to reset the box if it happens again and waited to make sure all was working properly. couldn't have asked for a better end result. more

I found the phone staff at Kinsey Plumbing to be very customer service oriented. She was very helpful and informative. Our service representative was very clear about the process that he would follow to solve our problem. He was professional and thorough. Based upon our initial conversations, we chose to follow through with the plan. more

Took two days because of having to order a part but the job was done well and Eric was very pleasant while here and quite thorough replacing the part in the shower wall. Would highly recommend as we have used them for probably 10 years at both of our homes! more

Excellent Emergency Plumbing Services 1/19/2018

On 1/18/19 I discovered a spout of water coming out of an above ground pipe which had cracked open due to the cold temps. Mr. Kinsey came out to diagnose the problem and shut off the water overnight. He said he would have a Tech come first thing in the morning to take care of the problem.. His employee, Seth Smith, came out this morning to appraise the situation and discovered a second pipe had burst! He was at my home for 5 hours diagnosing the problems and fixing them, keeping me informed all the way. He was very efficient and made sure to explain to me what he was doing and why. He also let me know of other services that I might use to keep similar plumbing problems from reoccurring. I would highly recommend Kinsey Plumbing Services and their Tech Seth Smith for any of your plumbing issues/needs. more

Jose and Matthew did a great job on a tough task 12/19/2017

Jose and Matthew did a great job adding a gas line and valve in a very cramped situation. I was very impressed by their care, competence, and professionalism. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing jobs. more
