Kingsport Apartments

I love living here and I haven't had problems at all as far as with the neighbors and as far as parking it is a parking lot!!!No one is assign to a certain parking space!The only thing I agree with the other person is that when you need something fix...it could take a while to see that happen,But if you call and remind them they will do it.The manager is sweet and just very busy managing and doing lots of bookeeping for her boss.I dont regret living here since I come from NYC and to me theses apartments are so nice and big.Very quite neighborhood....very good area close to everything..mall,hospital ,ect... more

My husband and I were so excited when we moved in, but that has quickly changed. The managment is well below par. For 10 of the last 10 months we haved complained about our parking arrangments with nothing being done. I am so greatful that my lease is almost up, and I will not have to deal with a slack, acholic for an apartment manager. If managment or the owner of the property would step up this would be the perfect place for any peaceful family to live. This is not the quit place that I signed a lease for, so beware. Any maintence emergency's you may have I have three words for you ""fix it yourself"". Don't bother calling the drunk in the office, all she will do is send you ba nasty letter about calling her. But hey if you want to run an apartment complex out of your apartment this would be the right place for you. I should know that has been my complaint about the parking. If you work 3rd shift and need to sleep during the day it is impossible. more
