Good: I've had nothing but positive experiences at Kings jewelers in the five years that I have had the pleasure of doing business with them.They are neither a mall type store,or a super-high end establishment,they are a very caring mid range store. They are always changing their look. I tend to notice it because I work for the govt. and I'm gone for weeks at a time. The staff could'nt be any nicer, or knowledgeable. They have never lost, or misplaced anything I've left in thier care.They have designed for me.. Bad: Well,lets think about that one.To be objective,there's a minor parking issue,however that could be said of 99% of retail in Old town ! It would be nice if the store were larger, but I suppose more overhead,translates to higher prices, and noboday wants that to happen!Also,bring back free Champagne @ Christmas and New Years Eve!!! Thats about all that I'd change.. Improvements: Please move the Harts On Fire diamonds to the store ,so we don't end our journey @ the most provocative area of your very well stocked store. One more thing,Please try to get some more Hamilton watches!! 1920's-1940's !!!Thank you for everybody's professionalism.. Other: The Gentleman who ripped you was either having a bad day,or he might have missed his medication that day! Seriously if he has that many problems with a fine establishment such as yours,he either needs to return to Atlanta, or go to one of the various Ripoff mall stores..
