I am an avid cyclist and triathlete and love my bike(s) and cycling. That being said, I also live in Rancho Cordova. As you may guess I can easily drive to many other bike shops in Folsom or Sacramento. So why would I travel to Elk Grove to go to Kinetic? Well that's easy. Pros: null Cons: null more

Best Bike Shop Ever! 2/27/2012

I live in Lincoln, but work in Rancho Cordova. I've been to bike shops all over the area and have found the people, the service, and pricing at Kinetic well worth the short drive to Elk Grove. More often than not when I get to Kinetic the owner Bruce is almost always there to help. His expertise and friendly approach has won me over and everyone that I have recommended go see him. Bruce's staff also does a wonderful job with or without Bruce's presence. They are just as knowledgable and friendly. I have been involved with mountain bike racing, triathlon, and some hard core training on the road. I find that Kinetic does a great job helping me select the perfect ride for my needs. The shop offers everything from recreational to the highest quality race bikes. Not only do I buy my bikes there I buy my 5 year old daughters there as well! Pros: null Cons: null more

Easy to get to from all over Sacrament,Folsom,Rooseville 11/25/2011

Service, range of products, and friendliness of this shop is by far the best I have ever encountered. I have purchased bikes myself and family from Kinetic Cycles and will continue to make the trip even just to talk bikes with staff and see what is new. Pros: null Cons: null more

Customer Service from Bruce K. Well Worth the Drive There! 11/8/2011

A superb bike shop for both the leisure, sport, and competitive rider. Bruce Kaiser (the owner) is usually on premise and freely offers assistance, advice, and the best bike fit you can find in Sacramento. Though they sell the Specialized brand, they offer service on any brand through a staff of mechanics that are knowledgable and quick (ask for Pete). Though I live in East Sac, the benefit of driving there far ouweighs the travel cost. Check it out once, and I guarantee you will go back more
