Today while visiting a dear close friend who has been here for some months now, for physical rehab! The Facility is was clean and well mantain and the staff is were sooo frie...

I can not say enough wonderful things about the people and the care my mom received at RML!! The doctors were always available to talk with me, and I had a lot of questions!! The nurses and PCTs were so kind to my mom and my family. I am not sure how anyone can say anything bad about the care at RML. My mom was at RML for 36 days and I never saw or experienced any of the negative things in some of these comments. My advise to anyone reading these comments, is to visit the hospital and see for yourself how great it is. more

I can not say enough wonderful things about the people and care my uncle received ! The doctors were always available to talk with the family,and answer lots of questions!! The nurses and PCTs were so kind. I am not sure how anyone can say anything bad about the care at Kindred Northlake. My Uncle was at KNL for 2 months and I never saw or experienced any of the negative things in some of the reviews online.My advice to anyone reading these comments, is to visit the hospital and see for yourself how great it is. more

The staff was incredibly skilled and efficient. They were compassionate, caring, kind and humorous. My family are so appreciative of the respect and concern received during my recent visits and my uncles stay a Kindred Northlake. A busy staff took the time to listen to us. We truly feel as if this is what patient care is all about. We wish to especially thank and recognize the following employees: MD Nenard B, RN Ken, "B" and "V" from physical therapy, CNA Sandy Kay, CNA Denise Miller, PCT Mary, PAtient Avocate Felicia , Sercurity guard Ramon and EVS supervisor Luella Harris. Thank you all for the extraordinary care. more

When I first arrived I was very nervous and scared. Now I'm feeling better and more comfortable. Especially with the rehab team they've really help me reach my goals. My respiratory nurse George has been truly amazing. Denise and Mary have went above and beyond with my care they were very attentive. Overall I apreciate very blessed to be a patient at Kindred Northlake. more

I'm delighted to say I'm having a pleasant and enjoyable experience here at Kindred NL. Each and every Cna and RN has been supporting and patience with me. I really do admire how professional and kind they all are as well.One thing I genuinely do appreciate I'm capable to go outside the hospital and get fresh air instead of being in the room all day. Also love that there's always some one to talk to especially being in rehab their absolutely wonderful, while strenghting my muscles I enjoy the glourious music they play. This hospital has so many great things going the cleanliness,the professionalism, great rehab care and awesome food. more

Coming from Rush oak park everything has been fantastic so far at Kindred Northlake. I'm blessed I'm able to speak for myself on how everything is in order here. First I would like to thank my nurses especially nurse Thresea she's been very helpful with changing my bandages and keeping it clean she had no problem with that. Also the housekeeping staff are amazing with keeping things clean, Sam from Evs smile is just amazing and also the work she does is outstanding during the day she makes sure my room is tidy and I have the right supply for my care. Secondly rehab is the best part about the hospital it's fully equipped and there's lots of friendly faces. There's so much about this hospital I adore I just thank God their here to help me with my healing process. I highly recommend Kindred Northlake to friends and family. more

Being a patient from Mercy hospital, I was very pleased by the way the staff treated me here at Kindred. The nurses have been attentive and Kiss, one of my nurses, has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I enjoyed going to physical therapy and being able to meet with the other patients here and interact with the nurses that work in physical therapy. My call light is answered in a reasonable time and I feel like this hospital has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Kindred hospital to family and friends. more

First of all if my grandmother was able to speak she would be say she's very satisfied with Kindred Northlake hospital. These angels are doing their best handling her care. Since day one I've been observing the attentiveness of all of the nurses. When I was asked to leave a review I was glad to, because me and my family appreciated everything. I highly recommend Kindred Northlake. more

Coming from Adventist Medical Center of Bolingbrook, the care at Kindred hospital has been great so far. The staff here are making feel at home especially RN Veronica she's been fantastic. more

This hospital has been beyond amazing to my uncle. Thanks to the case managers,woundcare and the PCTs my uncle is feeling much better. I was so happy he was able to walk out the hospital healed and energized. Kindred thank you. more

My father in law is in great care here at Kindred hospital. I especially would like to thank all of his nurses,nurse adora really made gave an awesome impression on my family. RN Jessica was also extremely nice. Just overall the hospital is in great shape the staff puts the icing on the cake. Thanks Kindred family for you care. more

This was the best experience I have had in healthcare, and I unfortunately have far too much experience with healthcare facilities. First of the all the place is clean and semi-modern. More importantly are the PEOPLE. Nursing is attentive and caring, the physical therapists are amazing, they are motivated and are highly skilled. Everyone I came across in the hospital seemed to care about my recovery. Wouldn't consider anywhere else if I need to have rehab myself. more

The moment I arrived here the care has been amazing ,theres so many nurses I would like to thanks but I'm unable to remember all of their names. During the time I've spent here everyone has been concern about my health and how I've progressed. I'm a happy camper today knowing these good people help me accomplish my goals. more

Kindred is a very clean facility. The nurses all speak to everyone and are very friendly and helpful. Everyone I have talked to or asked a question of has given me nice, polite answers and went above and beyond to be sure I had any information I requested. The care given was exceptional and the progress was remarkable. Thank You to everyone at this facility for being there when we needed you. more
