This is the 1st time that I've ever left a review for a business, but I was so disturbed and appalled by experience, that I felt inclined to share it with others. I received a promotion which offered $20 deluxe pedicure (1/2 off). Because I booked the pedicure, I also decided to book a massage. The massage was decent..I've had better but she was really nice and took her time. I was then led to receive a pedicure. The owner Kim did come over and introduce herself and I was pretty excited at this point because I felt as though I found a great nail salon...that is UNTIL I received my pedicure. The lady did a decent job on the pedicure; it wasn't until we were wrapping it up to where it turned from a decent experience to a HORRIBLE one. I asked for a french pedicure and she kept insisting that I add a ""flower"" or a design. I kept telling her no over and over again (she pretended that she could not understand my ""no's"" and proceeded to get the ""design polish"". She was so persistant and finally after minutes of debate I allowed her to add a design. She proceeded to paint ugly lines. After she completed my toe nails, she then informed me that the french polish plus design was $30!!!!!!! Now keep in mind, I already paid for the pedicure and she was attempting to add $30 to what I already paid. Of course as I asked for a description of what I was paying for, she pretended that she could not understand or speak English well. I then asked that she called Kim, so I could speak with the owner. She must've thought I was an idiot, because she proceeded to call HER OWN CELL PHONE, which began to ring in the side office. I am sincerely upset and I will NEVER go back! I will tell everyone I know and leave as many reviews as I can, so no one else will be fooled by this salon! It is not a SPA by FAR, it is a mom & pop, corner nail salon, just like all the rest.
Pros: Nice masseuse
Cons: Racket, over charged $30 for for a french polish & desgn
