We called to have our misting systems' nozzles changed and replaced because they were clogged.
This was clearly communicated to Killum when the appointment was made. The technician showed up with no replaceable parts, no tools, no equipment- utterly bare-handed! The only thing he did is put water in the barrel and blow the line out (something I could have done). Then he had the audacity to charge us $100 for less than an hours' worth of work. We were amazed when he charged us for work we could have done ourselves. He did not do what we called him out for. When we complained to the office they were not apologetic at all. We would never do business with these people again and will tell as many people we know. We have our own business too and will tell this to all of our clients. I want my money back!
