Kids Choice Btq & Consignment

Had an Account at this Consignment Store for A least 5 months,The Account there is you get 50% and she get's 50% of the sale.If you have Money in your account with her and purchase anything with that money in the store you get 10% off the item. Sounds like a OK Deal tell it happens. well last month When I Sold a Infant Swing with her she Marked it $40 and As I went there to Get My half of the Sale She Gave me $16 and when I asked why it's wasn't the $20 I should Receive her answer was because It was sold to some one else with a account also so they got the 10% discount! So I wouldn't care if that was the case but the deal you don't hear is that you get the whole 10% off of your 50% so she get 50% of the sales and you get 40%? I think that's Wrong But I kept all of my stuff at her store for another month when I went there today to get Items of mine she Had told me that I COULDN'T Take anything Of Mine Because The 60 days it could be there wasn't up! When she told me I couldn't just Take them I asked to Close my Account with her, She got Very Angry and told me she would never Let me open a Account with her again? Then asked me why I was taking My Items I told her my Reason was i was giving it to a friend that needed it and she told me I was Making Alot of Money with her business and that I should just have my friend come buy it from her store. Then When I had all my Items out of her store I went in to ask her about items that were sold and Weren't mine then she claims she sold and thing that were mine that I didn't get the money for she told me that I should leave her store because I was apparently Making her Business look bad to her customers, But the Case was the Business Already was Bad! Another Great Point to her Store is that she has NO RECORDS of anything you bring to her unless it's sold and she Never has a Clue how much she sold it for! When I first asked her when my 60 days was up for a few Items I had in her shop she told me it was up to me to know when the 60 days was up she didn't keep records of this either.But yet she Marks the price down at any point in time that she thinks it's right!As Far As Pricing in her store also There's Not a way she gets a price just Whatever she feels it right to price it!I had Took a Toy to her to sell and a Identical Toy same condition as Mine! Mine Marked $7 and the other Identical toy was $16! So Long Story Short She's Very Rude and Will rip you off for all the money she can.Just Watching out for the other people out there that may use her business or ever thought of doing so!?!?!?! more

I have been taking my daughter's clothes and baby gear here for the last few months. I found out that the owner also did alterations so I had her hem a pair of jeans which turned out OK. I then had her hem a pair of work pants from The Limited and instead of taking them up an inch, it was 3 inches! I called her to tell her about it and she denied taking them up 3 inches, it was only an inch. I told her I measured them and they are too short now so I cannot wear them, she denied it and hung up on me. I take a lot of stuff to her store and this is the thanks I get, not to mention the stuff I take there is from the Gap and Childrens Place, etc. One more thing, she doesnt give you a printout of the stuff that is sold, just gives you a dollar amount. Seeing that she is untrustworthy, I wouldnt doubt that she keeps more than her fair share of my profits. Take your stuff to Nice as New instead! Pros: Clean Store Cons: The owner lies and should not be trusted more
