I am a general contractor who has used Kerbler & Co. for about 15 years for all my client's needs for replacement glass, window parts, screens, tempered glass, etc.

Worst

From a home owners perspective, I was refered to Kerbler. I will never use them again for the following reason.

Timely, Professional 11/3/2009

Kerbler & Co. replaced three transom windows in a home we recently purchased. Two were replaced due to broken seals, condensation & moisture. A third window was cracked. The estimate was very reasonable, the technicians were friendly and professional. Will use this company in the near future to replace 22 window screens that were missing when we purchased the house 2/2009. Would not hesitate to recommend Kerbler & Co. Pros: On time, professional Cons: NO problems! more

NO Problems 10/20/2009

I am in the building materials industry and have dealt with Kerbler for many years. I refer others to them and also use them myself. I would not hesitate recommending Kerbler to anyone. BE PATIENT, everyone seems to want screens and windows repaired at the same time of year. This is a family operation, not a mass production factory. They can rescreen or reglaze most anything. Worst Window Company on Customer Service 12/3/2008

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unreliable on returning phone calls and at scheduling service and their customer service people are incredibly rude. Pros: None Cons: None more
