Their service is outstanding, the people who work their really are helpful . The store is packed with everything one can want and need for their pool. I had a real water problem...

Worst

they have a contractor that does work for them by the name of John Black, John Black Construction. He is the worst, he lies, steals, rips people off and cries the blues do not us...

Started using Kenwood Pools this year, had some issue with our pool filter at the beginning of this pool season, our filter tank cracked over the winter. They were GREAT they repaired my pump only $49.00 and sold me a new filter tank, all the other store wanted to sell me a complete filter.. more

We have been a customer of kenwood pools of many years GREAT people really knows a lot about pools. They have a great selection of all kinds of products for pools. They test your water for free and gives you all kinds of advise more

WOW! What a great store, visiting my friend who purchased a home in Levittown, PA house came with a spa & pool and she knows nothing about either, the woman testing her water really knows her stuff . She went over everything and took the time to explain why this is important .My friend now is very excited about opening up her pool. THANK YOU Kenwood your staff is really the best.... more

Awful! 6/28/2010

Sent someone in there with a list of things to get, most importantly a chlorine ALTERNATIVE. The man working there talks her out of buying the product we wanted and sends her out with chlorine. Yes, the exact opposite! She clearly came in with a list so she was shopping for someone else, leave her be. Their advice was completely wrong I checked with 2 other pool stores and the maker of the pool filter and now they won't take the chlorine back. Sorry you can't afford to return $30 and on top of that LIE and say its illegal to return pool chemicals. I have looked into it and this is not true so I will once again go out of my way to return this product. Cons: People that work there are absolutely rude! more

This is the place to buy a pool 6/25/2009

We bought our pool from Kenwood 4 years ago. From the information process and even still there is always GREAT service. They take their time with you and don't make you feel stupid when you ask a question. They will help carry heavy things out to the car without you even having to ask. Everyone is always so friendly even when they are busy. In today's world where customer service is lost, Kenwood pools has not lost site of the customer. We will always continue to use them!!!!!!! Pros: everything they are great! Cons: none that I have noticed more

Great service 6/6/2008

Great service. If you need a new pool the ownwr will take all the time you need to understand the pros and cons of the different types of pool that will benefit you. The service does not finish when the pool is installed. You may go to the store as often as you need to ask any questions or talk about concerns and from the owner to all the employyes they are all very professional and knowledgable. Very good people to deal with. Pros: Professional, reliable, great experience! Cons: None at this time more

Need a new pool ! 3/5/2006

Kenwood Pools has a large outdoor display area of above ground swimming pools and spas. The store is neat and clean and is well stocked with pool chemicals, supplies, parts, pool toys, ladders and spa covers . They are closed on Monday and Friday. If you need your pool or spa repaired they al so offer this service. I used them many times when I had a pool and they are very reliable. more
