I had a great experience with Kelly for color and Alex for a cut and blow dry. Both were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time at this salon and I will definitely be back! more

I was referred to Diane and have never been so happy with my hair and with her exceptional color services. I have been to many colorists and none compare to her. Diane is a master with color and I am happy to have been referred to her. more

Talented and kind from start to finish 1/14/2012

I just love walking through the door at KW Salon. First I'm greeted like a family member by someone at the front desk. I am treated to soothing music as I have unwanted hair removed by an artistic sculptress. My hair color looks natural, doesn't take hours, and is as shiny as middle school. My hair cut always shows a combination of penultimate skill, attention to detail and creativity, and fits my lifestyle. I even brought my daughter recently and for the first time in her 18 years, she's thrilled with her hairstyle. more

Receptionist put a damper on otherwise good experience 1/13/2012

I had a very good facial and blow dry on Wednesday but my experience was hampered by a new receprionist by the name of Claudine. Her sassy attitude almost really negatively impacted my experience- when I called she was rude over the phone but also was not truthful or thoughtful about the timing of my appointment. I called and asked when I could come in for a facial and if I'd have time for a blow dry as I needed to leave by 1 pm for a work call. She said that I could get a 11:15 facial with Diane and then a blow dry with Cynthia. But then challenged me by saying do you know what time it is and will you be here by 11:15. I arrived at 11:15 but then had to wait until 11:25 for my facial - I was told that there would be time for my blow dry but when it was 1 penny hair was half done and I needed to run out at 1:15 to save my call. The biggest issue was Claudine's tone but also that she didn't tell me that my timing was not going to work. The services were great. more

All who work here are masters of their domain, and as a client, I was welcomed, included in all facets of my hair care, and allowed the opportunity to ask questions and provide input. First time, great experience 1/8/2012

I had my first cut at this salon and it has turned out to be one of the best hair cuts by Kenneth that I have had in a long time. Unlike the reviews I read, I found the staff including the receptionists to be helpful and welcoming. I am definitely going back and although pricey, it is worth it. more

most wonderful manicurist. very careful with making work space meticulously clean and polishes so well that regular polish usually lasts at least 2 weeks. more
