I agree with the fact that he showed up on time and i agree that was the best part of the job. He showed up, gave me his price (overcharged) to snake two drains and replace a flapper in the toilet. When i was explaining the flushing mechanism to him, he looked at me like he never heard of the flapper breaking! He had to go out and get the replacement part and it took him 45 minutes to go to God knows where to get this part that he could have purchased in a Home Depot, Loews, or a plumbing supply store, all of which are only 15 minutes from my house! The big question I have is why doesn't he carry these universal parts in that truck he drives. God only knows why I said okay after hearing the price. I guess I was desperate to to get the job done, but I will not be that desperate again to call him for another job. more

Kenneth does good work - but he is crazy expensive. For a small job he cost me over four hundred dollars (two small valves in the bathroom). He went to a friends after my house and charged over six hundred dollars (replacing several faucets). more

The good thing about Kenneth was that he was on time and showed up but that was probably the only good thing in my opinion. more
