I recently purchased the Epson 6030ub from Scott Kelly who was very friendly and knew his products very well. He recommended something I hadn't considered earlier and I am glad he did. He made the whole experience enjoyable and was able to quickly communicate with me via texting and phone calls. It's great knowing I have an expert I can count on for any future business. He wasn't concerned about selling me anything as he was making sure I would be totally satisfied with my purchase. Don't hesitate to contact Scott for any home needs. Low Pressure and Excellent Customer Service 3/17/2014

I'm your standard customer in that I believe that I should receive a fair service for a fair price. One area that I do not enjoy is the hassle of haggling or feeling like I'm getting the short end of the stick. I had a very pleasant experience working with Aaron Straight in that I told him what I was looking for and the anticipated budget. He excelled in finding products that matched the features that I wanted, within budget, and didn't try to up-sell me on higher-end appliances or models that were outside what we requested. That doesn't mean that he didn't reference them when we asked about features that didn't exist within our budget. Overall, I'm very pleased with our purchase and the shopping experience I had at Kelly's. I will gladly recommend anyone to shop there and work with Aaron as well. more

Very happy with purchases 3/16/2014

I bought new kitchen aid kitchen appliances from Kelly's. We have been very happy with our purchases. No problems at all. Only irritant is that the water dispenser filter I the refrigerator needed to be replaced in what seemed to be a short time after purchase. However, with our Salem water being as great as it is, I have not changed it out. I don't see a need. We had great service and attention while we were making our decision on what we wanted. I will purchase from Kelly's in the future. more

Great Service!!! 3/11/2014

We just purchased a big screen TV then our microwave and range/oven went belly up. Last week our dishwasher stopped working. We "came back" to Kelly's because we had such great service when we purchased all of our appliances when we built our house in 2000. I guess 14 years is pretty good for these original purchases. We had the most pleasant salesmen. Jason, Scott and Tom. We had trouble with our microwave and Scott without skipping a beat, sent out a repairman. It was defective and was immediately replaced. So nice not having to BEG for good service. We are now waiting on our dishwasher to be delivered...can't wait...haven't washed dishes by hand in years. Also, Gary their installer is super. He gets to our house on time, installs in a jiffy and cleans up all and any messes he makes. Can't ask for a better experience. If you are looking for electronics or appliances, this is the place to go to. more

Great Experience and Great Follow-Up Service 3/1/2014

I bought an Amana washer and dryer from Kelly's in October of last year. The sales people were very friendly and respected my request to purchase the items I had previously researched without being hounded by the up-sale. Shortly after installation, the dryer started making a terrible noise. The Kelly's crew took care of contacting the manufacturer and scheduling a maintenance appointment. It was an easy fix with some peanut packaging stuck somewhere important to the proper functioning of the unit. I have been impressed throughout my experience and would happily shop with and recommend Kelly's in the future. more

I purchased a mattress. 3/1/2014

I love the new mattress set I purchased from Scott at Kelly's. It is very comfortable. Also he spent a lot of time with us to make sure that the mattress I chase was the right one for me. The price was excellent. The guys who delivered were right on time and helped me put my bed together. I also love their home kitchen area and have purchased things there I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Definitely will go back. more

Ordered full new kitchen appliances / great price and friendly 2/26/2014

My wife and I are completing a kitchen remodel and were looking for appliances. I saw Kelly's Ad on craigslist, (I've never visited their store or even heard of them prior) for a refrigerator I'd seen as highly rated with Consumer Reports for a really great deal. Reached out and was able to get not only the fridge but my dishwasher, range and micro hood as a packages for what I felt was a great deal. Worked with Scott and he was polite, friendly (not aggressive) and willing to update or adjust my order as needed. more

Employee service award 2/26/2014

I would like to thank all the employees for there excellent customer service. I would like to recommend Aaron Straight for "employee of the month". He did an outstanding job with our purchace and delivery appointment. Followed through with sending the owners manual and a part for the stove. Hats off to Aaron for a job well done! There was trash in the compartment of the rocker/recliner sofa I purchased. The company should have checked this before delivering it to me. 1/29/2014

The items I purchased I am happy with so far. The delivery person did not turn on the ice maker which should have been part of the service. RESPONSE FROM Kelly's Home Center: Were sorry for your unfortunate experience. It appears that perhaps some packing material may have been left inside your rocker/recliner that our Delivery Person overlooked along with turning your ice maker on. We pride ourselves on providing experiences that exceed customer expectations; rest assured we will address these points with our Delivery Team. Recent purchases 1/29/2014

I just wanted to drop a note and deliver some positive feedback. Jennifer Rudisil in the lighting department helped me with finding a nice light fixture and was able to fine an additional one for me quite some time later as the item was discontinued. I now have matching fixtures for our restrooms in my office building. Thank you so much for your kind and diligent service. more
