I wont rent from anyone else! 3/30/2011

I have rented from them for 3 years going on 4 and i love it. i have never had any issues with them what so ever. they are always very nice, very helpful, they deal with any issues i may have right away. i think that people just dont get their way so they went to say as many bad things as they can buu it deffinately is not true. I would tell any one who would ask to rent from them for sure!!!! ii wont ever rent from anyone else!!!! more

Respectful Neighbors 3/17/2011

We haven't yet had a problem with them. They leave us along and when we need something fixed they are here that day or the next and it's fixed. I would encourage others to rent from them. The folks that live around us are respectful. more

Courteous Neighbors 3/8/2011

The apartments (Lamplite Terrace) had good safety...locked exterior entrance door (tenants have keys to get in of course). The rent was in reason, and the major systems (furnace/AC/kitchen appliances) worked well. Parking was close and available. The people living near me seemed courteous. more

Great People 3/3/2011

I rented from Kelley Property about two years ago, I was going through a pretty hard time. It was very nice of everyone in the office to help me get an apartment. I rented the Apache Apartments. It was such a nice place. Once again thank you Kelley prop. for everything. more

Very Good Company 2/22/2011

Kelley Property has been a pretty good company to rent from. I am in love with the duplex that I rent from them. I had looked into other rentals in Cedar Rapids but I wouldn't have even been able to get a good 2 bedroom apartment at any other place fro anywhere near what I pay for my duplex. I've had a couple of issues with water leaking in my basement, but after a few calls and a couple of trips from maintenance, they finally figured out the problem. I haven't had trouble with is since. I'm considering renting a house in about a year and they will be the first place I look at. more

GREAT COMPANY 2/7/2011

I have rented from Kelley Property for over a year now and have not had ANY of these problems all these other people are having. When i have a maintenance issue it is resolved in a respectful amount of time. I live around 4 other people and we all get along great! They keep the parking lots snow plowed in the winter very good. So overall they have been a GREAT company to be renting from. more
